Refund Policy

Chats With Charlie

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from Chats With Charlie (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or booking services through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy — All Sales Are Final

All sales for coaching services, digital products, and session packages are final and non-refundable.
Life coaching is a time-based, service-based engagement in which results vary from client to client. Because value is delivered through time, preparation, and personalized guidance, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.

2. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1 Client Cancellation

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled one time without penalty.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and non-refundable.

2.2 No-Shows

Failing to attend a scheduled session without prior communication (“no-show”) results in forfeiture of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued.

3. Package Sessions

For clients who purchase multi-session packages:

  • Sessions must be used within the time period specified at the time of purchase.

  • Unused sessions expire after that window and are non-refundable.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Company.

4. Digital Products or Materials

Any digital guides, worksheets, programs, or downloads—whether purchased individually or included within a coaching package—are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Service Dissatisfaction

We strive to offer high-quality coaching and support. However:

  • Dissatisfaction with results, progress, or personal outcomes does not qualify for a refund.

  • Coaching is a collaborative process requiring client participation and responsibility.

If you have concerns about service quality, please contact us so we may address them.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

  • Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot reasonably be resolved

  • Situations required by applicable Arizona law

All exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Chats With Charlie.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. All changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date.
